Custom ade mobile homes

Some friends of ours (deceased) had a custom made home to their specs.
I have never heard of this. What are the builders that would do this?

If by specs you mean floor plan..Custom building is very common with top
quality manufactures....Palm Harbor would be 1..I am sure there are many
others...
