There are indeed less expensive homes out there, and for good reason. In fact, they should be a lot cheaper that they actually are. The reason for this is, they are indeed cheaply built homes; poorly construction, inferior materials, lower quality appliances, grade 3 or 4 (green) woods, particle or press board, much thinner walls, the minimal of insulation, etc. In a case like this, you simply get what you pay for. The bottom line is, what you think you can save now will more than be offset with what it will take trying to upgrade the home at a later date.

We ended the dealer/manufacturer conflicts of just who is going to handle any warranty issues that may arise. With other dealers, and a lesser quality home, each entity (dealer/manufacturer) will still be pointing fingers at one another, each unwilling to take responsibility. Not so with Mesa Manufactured Homes. If something needs fixing, we'll make sure it gets done. Likewise, when you choose a home that is the top-of-the-line in the business, warranty issues will not be major issue as with other dealers/manufacturers.

At Mesa Manufactured Homes (the dealer), we sell nothing but Hallmark Homes (the manufacturer). The Hallmark brand is not a simple cookie-cutter, mass-produced home that every dealers has a slice of the pie of. We have no competitors when it comes to quality for the price, and with Hallmark you can have a custom built home is 4 to 6 weeks, not 4 to 6 months as with Silvercrest for example. Likewise, Hallmark itself does not allow just any dealer to sell a Hallmark, that's why the other dealers have to sell homes that are more of an assembly line, high-volume, mass-produced and generic quality.

We have 9 new models on display, plus 40 to 50 more floor plans in the archives. I can even build a Hallmark to another manufacturers floor plan, and for good reason. Many years ago, Mesa Manufactured Homes carried many other brands of homes. Unfortunately, they spent most of their time taking care of repairs and warranty issues, and fighting with the factories, than they did in selling new homes. Now they carry nothing but Hallmark. Let all the other dealers have all the problems, headaches and unhappy customers.

Where are you going to put your new manufactured home? We have a separate division to handle this issue. Simply put, when I can help you pick out the Hallmark home of your choice, then I send my division out shopping for a space for you, in the areas you specify. In addition, everything is contingent on your approval of the space. Manufactured homes, by law can now be put on any private land that is zoned residential. Maybe you already live in a mobile home park and want to upgrade, and/or are simply looking to list your home or sell an older mobile home to a dealer so the space can be used for a new home. Just let me know, I can do it all. After all, that's the business I'm in.
