Natural carbonation in the keg is fine, you will have sediment just like
in bottle carbonation. You will need some way to get the beer out of the
keg (like pressurized C02) because the natural carbonation will not be
enough to get the beer all out of the keg. Transporting the naturally
carbonated keg will probably stir up the sediment so it will need time
to settle.
You don't want to prime with as much sugar as you would bottles. I
believe that the great Charlie P. suggests one third of a cup of corn
sugar to one cup of water boiled for priming.
I never bottled, I thought it would be too much hassle all those
bottles and caps etc. so I moved right to corny kegs from the get go.
What I found was that if you conditioned for a month or so and then
moved the beer to a serving keg via means of a "jumper" you could geta
away with all but the very least of the sedement. A jumper consists of
an extra "outflow" nipple hooked to a line from the outflow of the
conditioning vessel. You move the beer from the condidtioning vessel
to the serving vessel thru the outflow using the least amoput of
pressure you can, 2-3 pounds. I should mention that you should purge
the air out of the serving vessel with co2 before you transfer your
beer.
I have had great beers that have been in the kegs for nearly a year,
the best beers are always the last few out, go figure! I think it is
the best way to do it but it is only my opinion. The gal at the local
brew supply said she only likes beer out of the bottle. She said the
carbonation was different and I do agree to that.
I also keep a beer mix for stout, 75% nitrogen and 25% co2, this gives
the nice Guiniss fall out head we all like to see. Also the
carbonation bite is much less, you know the feel on you tounge.

Just make sure the air in there is not 'air'. I usually feed a little
co2 into the top before I seal it, to drive out all the o2. As long as
you do that, it won't oxidize, and will last a loooooong time.
