Amber Alert Issued in California August 19.
The Garden Grove California Police Department issued an Amber Alert for two
girls on Tuesday August 19.
Hilary & Zillalit Arteaga were abducted in Garden Grove CA on Tuesday August
19.
Hilary is an hispanic female 5 yrs., 3' 6". 45 lbs. with black hair and
brown eyes. Zillalit is an hispanic female, 3 yrs., 3', 35 lbs. with black
hair and brown eyes.
Police are looking for Luis Arteaga an hispanic male, 29 yrs., 5'11 190
lbs. with black hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen driving a blue 1989 Mazda van with CA license 2ltx307.
Police say he threatened to poison the children.
