No problem, Slava. We already know Houston. I would like to answer this on behalf of Home Electronics, the company that manufactured Tira. I was in contact with Mr. Huston regarding some technical issues that he had. If I could reproduce here the emails sent to/received from him it would be very easy for everyone to see who'd been rude, unprofessional and uncooperative.

Dave has a propensity for going off on anyone who disagrees with him. Hehas insulted numerous people for so much as asking a question.
